Michael Schwartz's Video Series

South Korean law allows for injunctive relief in cases involving discrimination based on disability. However, tradition and culture have been slow to assimilate this form of legal relief. A conference of lawyers, judges and advocates recently convened in Seoul to discuss ways of encouraging the use of injunctive relief to remedy discrimination. The conference asked Michael Schwartz to answer several questions about the practice of injunctive relief in American courts. Following are four videos, all captioned in Korean. Enjoy!
